One of the highlights from our Whistler adventure was spent in the Belvedere Ice Room at the Bearfoot Bistro.
| After an appetizer and cocktail we were ready to go for Vodka tasting in the Ice Room which is kept at -30C. You are supplied with a official Canadian Down Jacket and private bartender! |
| We let our bartender, excuse me, vodka specialist recommend the tastings. Greg's legs were frozen at this point. |
| No........we did not have that many shots! |
| The room was beautiful with all the bottles frozen into the wall. Even the floor was frozen so I tried not to move too much. |
| 500 lbs. of Canadian Down is NOT flattering! But I was warm.....another shot please! Greg was completely frozen at this point. |
| Our bartender was the perfect host. The picture turned out a little fuzzy because my camera was frozen. Time to get out now....... |
Next trip.....to the Ice Hotel in Sweden!
